Pair Charged With DWI In I-84 Stops

A pair of area residents were among four taken off the road by New York State troopers overnight for alleged impaired driving.

Local residents charged include: 

On Thursday, Jan. 31, State Police troopers from Montgomery arrested Larenzo Jackson, 22 of New Windsor, for DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and he was subsequently arrested.

On Thursday, Jan. 31, State Police troopers from Greenville arrested Devin Culver, 28 of Port Jervis, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on I-84 in Deerpark when he was involved in a one-car crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and he was subsequently arrested.

Other DWI arrests were made in Grahamsville and Saugerties.
